Brandyn built Mungo Law to represent injured Michiganders the way he would want his own family represented: closely, candidly, and without a layer of staff in between.

Ask Brandyn directlyIt depends on the injury, not on the calendar. A straightforward benefits dispute can resolve in months. A serious injury case usually takes longer, because the medical picture has to be complete before anyone can value what was lost.
Most cases resolve without a trial. The file is still built as though it will be tried, because that is what changes the offer.

Nothing. The first conversation is free, and injury matters are handled on a contingency basis, which means no fee unless there is a recovery. The percentage is set by the retainer and capped by Michigan court rules, and you see the number before you agree to it.
Case costs, such as records and expert fees, are explained in writing before anything is signed. You should never have to guess what a case will cost you.
