Brandyn represents Plaintiffs in a wide range of Personal Injury, Employment Law and Civil Rights matters, including failure to promote, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, excessive force by law enforcement, and violations of the 4th and 14th Amendments.

In 2019, Brandyn drafted and filed an appellate brief with the Michigan Court of Appeals that resulted in the Court adopting a new standard of review for employer retaliation cases.

He also reviews and negotiates employment contracts for professionals in industries including sports, entertainment, and healthcare.

Prior to joining Mungo & Mungo At Law, Brandyn served as a judicial extern for Chief Judge Denise Page Hood of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
